I've been watching the usability test kindly sponsored by Google and one of the things I noted has been really confusing for all of the testers has been the navigation links and screen tabs named "Edit".
For example the Edit tab when working with a field. It should be named for example "Settings" instead. After all, when you are on the Manage fields or display tabs you are also editing.
For content the View, Edit, etc tabs works and is logical, but when working with site configuration this test has shown it only confuses beginners.

If still a valid task though please reopen updating issue summary.
Thanks!
