I get the following error on all the pages that i have created. "Notice: Undefined index: en in node_tokens() (line 139 of /home2/yahmanja/public_html/modules/node/node.tokens.inc)"

Have you enabled the locale module? Which modules are you using?

Yes I have enabled the locale module as it is required by other modules. see attachment

This is a duplicate of #1178580: PHP notices with [node:summary], [node:body], or [comment:body] if there is no body field or language mismatch. That issue could use a few good testers to confirm it fixes the issue.

hey amirtaiar, see #5, that is where I got my fix. I had to do a lot of research on how to patch a module tho
