Subject in a post cannot be null

When someone wants to post something in the forum but he does not put a subject, drupal forum automatically takes the first 4-5 words and put them as a subject. When the user edit his post and delete the subject and leave it empty and tries to repost it he gets an error that this is a duplicate post.
Conclusion: Subject cannot be empty in the forum
