When a user navigates through a Collab Book and clicks on a non book page node, he browses to 'node.php?id=x'. The limitation with this kind of link is that the user loses all his book navigation. It would be nicer if he could view this node through the book module and thus keep his book navigation links (both the links above and below the node body).

Nick Berendsen got this to work a weeks ago; the patches are in the mailing list archives. While his patch fixed the navigation (or non-book node integration) issues, I wasn't fully satisfied with the approach he took which is why his patches never made it into CVS. We need a body hook for this.
