Add restricted access layout paragraph submodule styling / indcator

@thomas.frobieter could you perhaps add a library and a css style to this paragraph type in the admin area? (like perhaps in other paragraph types / submodules?) to indicate that the layout has restricted access?

Something like a light yellow and if simply possible a lock symbol?

Classes of this layout are:
"js-lpb-component is_new lpb-layout pt-lg pb-lg paragraph paragraph--type-layout-restricted-access paragraph--view-mode--preview"

Then hovering the layout, you can see the type, so then it's no problem.

Can be tested on DEMO. This can be closed fixed afterwards.

@thomas.frobieter could you please check if we solved #10 somehow and this can be closed? Perhaps we forget to close it or we forgot to finish that part?
