No option to drag elements and no crosshair icons [#1545086]

I have installed this module which has added combo boxes to allow manual ordering of the elements by adjusting the options from -9 to +9 but it isnt loading the gui interface to allow dragging and adding crosshair icons and also hiding the combo boxes I presume. Please could someone advise why this interface isnt loading - have I missed a javascript library? Is there an error log that I could post etc

UI works only if your views display is table or unordered list. Please set them and advise whether you get UI working.

Thanks that works. However I have 3 separate unordered lists on screen that I would ideally like to sort. If I go into the management interface and into views then each one is sortable using drag. However if I go to the page which is created (when logged in) then only 1 of the 3 unordered lists is draggable. Is this normal ie only one list can be dragged at any one time or is this an error on my part. Just to confirm the others are draggable when in the edit views screen - its purely the in page editing which isnt?
