As soon as the module Domains Metatag is enabled, all custom Page titles set by module Metatag are not used anymore.
Instead the module Metatag uses the global Title for all types of pages.

Anonymous (not verified) CreditAttribution: Anonymous commentedIt seems it has a problem with current-page: token ? site: Token seems to work and also non-token words.

Evan Leeson CreditAttribution: Evan Leeson commentedWe enabled this module and the title tag was suddenly the same for all nodes. We would clear cache, the title tag would change, but again it would be the same for all nodes. Seems related at least so I will not start a new issue.

Lissy CreditAttribution: Lissy commentedHere I have the problem that MetaTag title and canonical URL are always displayed from the last page, not from the currently displayed page.

Removing the tokens from the Page Title and Description fields in the Global Meta Tag fixes this issue.
I believe the issue stems from how metatags load from cache.
Domain Access defines the Cache ID differently than metatags.
