eojthebraveHmm. I'm not really sure how to resolve this issue. The module's project page states that the code is hosted elsewhere due to a bug on d.o. Though, it's also pretty old. The bug appears to be related to something from back when we used CVS.
As the project appears to be unmaintained, and therefore unlikely to have the files listed, I don't really see that being updated. But, I also don't think we need to remove the documentation for the module? Or that at least as long as the project page is still available it would be weird to remove the associated documentation.
One option would be for you, or someone else, to take over maintaining the flag vista module, and get the code placed into Git and available on Drupal.org.
Otherwise ... I'm open to suggestions for how to resolve this. :)

apadernoThe maintainer of the project hasn't posted anything since 2011. I would rather delete that documentation, but as you said, it should stay there until the project on drupal.org is still there.

apadernoAs the project still exists, there isn't anything that needs to be done.
