Hi!

I'm not sure if there is anything like a "documentation team". It's probably called something with role ;-) Anyway, I'm talking about the users with elevated permissions related to documentation - that can delete comments and so on. I have that role, but I can't see it in my profile. (That is a different issue, I guess.)

In the new system we have guides with maintainers. The maintainers can reorder the pages in the guide. I suggest that people on "documentation team" is given that permission too. There might be other permissions that maintainers have, that also should be given to the "documentation team".

I think it would be very efficient if the already trusted users on the "documentation team" could also improve guides that needs some love.

I think this is probably related to #2860875: Permissions plan for Documentation Guide and Page content, if not a duplicate. And, I agree. This is something that needs to get sorted out.

Since "any webmaster or documentation maintainer is able to admin all documentation guides" (from issue 2860875), I think we can consider this fixed.
