Hello Mike Milano,
Seems this project has no code yet. Thus I have some awesome code ready for this project.
Could you please give me some feedback on how i can participate has a maintainer?
Thank you,

mmilano commentedHi Ricardo,
Sorry for the late reply. I just set you up as a maintainer. I'd like to see your ideas so feel free to start it off.
I started working on Drush integration but felt the direction I was heading was a little too opinionated.
It will be great to see how others would like to use Docker with Drupal.

ricardoamaro commentedIf you are happy to make me a maintainer i will also be very happy to make an upload of the code i'm going to present at https://prague2013.drupal.org/session/automate-drupal-deployments-linux-...
That way this project will have great exposure at the event and we all benefit from it :)
I just don't want to open a duplicated project.
Cheers!

mmilano commentedArg, I'm not getting notifications on this thread. I just saw another Docker session posted for BADCamp in October. http://badcamp.net/sessions/power-your-devops-docker-lxc
You should have access to the project already. Is it not working?

ricardoamaro commentedhey @mmilano, i've been on concentrated on Drupalcon Prague.
I can confirm the project access :) and would like to meet you if you are around Prague.
Thank you!

mmilano commentedCould not make it. Too bad, would love to see the Docker session! Will you be at BADCamp next month?
I chose a direction for the project and started developing it in D8. I hadn't heard from you, so I removed the maintainer status until we had a chance to make sure our efforts are aligned.
I am working on a UI to manage multiple Docker instances, each with as much control as I can get working via the 1.5 docker api.
A direction I think the project should go:
Image Build support: Builds to start off with would be a path from a local file system, but I'd like to make it as flexible as possible as to not lock down the source of a build and its files.
Docker Apps: This would be architecture which allows a user to create an "app" which is made up of one or more containers that can communicate between each other. (i.e. a stack consisting of individual containers for nginx, mysql, solr)
Private repository support.
The ideas are very preliminary and I welcome all other ideas. I'm using this project to learn D8 and will consider image build and app architecture after I have handle on D8 and integration at the Docker API level.
I have been keeping #drupal-contribute irc open, feel free to PM me there, or email me through d.o and I'll send over my contact info if you want to chat.
