Release notes

First beta release of DKAN 4. Note that issues, MRs and CI are still on Github, with the 4.x branch mirroring to Drupal.org and releases now being created here.

Important

This initial release is functionally the same as DKAN 3, but we have now fully removed deprecated modules that have been renamed to their dkan_ equivalents (ie, datastore is now dkan_datastore). While initial installs should be working as expected, the update path from DKAN 2/3 is still a WIP and we do not yet recommend upgrading.
