DDI Meeting format and frequency change

Aggregating feedback from Drupal Slack:

• calendar has just been really difficult with meetings the last month or two (even with the every other week format, which is good!)
• wander away from my computer at noon eastern, so I’ll miss the meeting when I’m taking a break
• bi-weekly thing is harder for me to remember which week, and I've had some really busy times
• I kinda prefer the regular cadence of the weekly meeting even if some weeks I'm too late to participate or only have bandwidth lurk or whatever. (Though that said as somebody not tasked with leading any, haha, and I imagine it was changed to cut down on leadership's work?)
• weekly is much easier to remember
• Would it make sense to have one week with a leader & agenda, with time for working, and the other week with slackbot offering the prompts? That way we always have something at this time, but the leadership team isn’t tasked with leading low attendance meetings every week, which can be so demoralizing.
• Could we have a bot "lead" the meeting? Blue-sky idea is it would parse the script from the d.o issue and turn it into Slack-friendly messages, which it would send exactly on time. We could provide it with a library (I'm sure there's an API somewhere) of icebreaker questions. It's less personal, but it seems like it would make the meetings easier for everyone.
