I think a good first step might be to sketch out a rough calendar of the days, blocks of time etc. So first, create a list of `things we want to do at the camp` and then slot it into a grid. Would be happy to do a timeboxed zoom to brainstorm?

Since day 1 is during work days and day 2 is a weekend, I’d love if we had similar types of programming — so if someone can’t get away from work, they aren’t left with “unconference or nothing” as a choice.

My general vibe on this from the start has been to pick underrepresented folks & let them speak on whatever topic they want to speak on. So perhaps a different CFP process than usual, more of a Call For Speakers and then they propose the talk they want to give.

We’ve also talked about a ton of other programming:

  • Speaker diversity workshop in advance of the camp
  • Anti-oppression trainings
  • Community healing workshops
  • A job fair
