I'm at BADCamp, and attended the DD&I session -- thanks for presenting!
We were talking about pronoun stickers -- the idea being to suggest to conference organizers that they make pronoun stickers available to attendees, to stick on their badges. So, I wanted to make sure this got recorded as an issue (not sure if you wanted it on GitHub or here, as the contributor link was broken -- I already created a separate issue about that).
Anyway... I was thinking last night that instead of stickers... A lot of smaller/regional events just give you a blank badge and you write your name on it. I was thinking instead of stickers, they could just encourage people to include their pronouns when they make their badge. One way to do that would be to have a standard "Pronoun Poster" that organizers could print out (could be 8x11 to put on the registration table, or larger to post nearby?), that would explain why pronouns are important to declare and ask everyone to write them on their badge.
