Hi. I was going to stub in menu links for these two outlines, Maintainer Guide and End User Guide.

I was able to add one link, but was paused adding the second link. I am going to hold up, to give people a chance to review/comment.

This documentation can (should) point to the info in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/distributions_recipes.git.

I backed out of these documentation links. The plan is to point people at the most up-to date info in the Document repository.
