Malware when Disqus enabled

On pages were Disqus loads comments I get lots of malware scripts loading. PS Eyeota.net, Pixel.mathtag.com etc. It's only this module giving me this issues. I know there was a similar issue with the Disqus Wordpress module getting hijacked liked this. This doesn't happen all the time and so far I've seemed to pin point it to the Disqus module specifically.

Anyone else have similar issues?
