Sometimes in a multi-language project we can have different Disqus forums (Shortname settings). In these cases, have a Configuration translation support is very helpful. =)

Another case is in the identifier field on node add page. If I translate this node I don't have the opportunity to choose a different id for have a new thread for this page. In this case I have the same comments for all languages.

The 3 year old patch in #2 to disqus.schema.yml and disqus.config_translation.yml applied cleanly to the latest disqus 8.x-1.x-dev and if still applicable needs to be reviewed.
