Problem/Motivation

SSE was sometimes not working and it was a bit mysterious.

The mystery is solved and it is a simple problem: #attached was put in the island renderable but the sialnd don't always render something. Sometimes, when there is no activity for a while, or activity from only one user, the button is not rendered to not clutter the toolbar.

Proposed resolution

Move the SSE attachment to ProfileViewBuilder, so it is always attached when Collaboration island is activated.
