Problem/Motivation

Sometimes you can have multiple blocks with the same name. For example:
- Footer: default menu block
- Footer: menu block provided by the menu_block contrib module
- Footer: a reusable content block entity

Having the machine name or other infos on hover could be useful to distinguish them.

Steps to reproduce

On screenshot, I have 4 "Footer" blocks.
