Just noticed there are no permissions by role setup up with this module. So any role can update this configuration in the UI.
Steps to reproduce
Create a new role and login as that role. They have permissions to update the Disable Rel Link settings.
Proposed resolution
Allow for permissions by role so only admin role can change settings.
