t placeholder is not translated

In the function _diff_body_rows($old_node, $new_node, $state = 'raw') - file diff.pages.inc
at row 366 'data' => t('Changes to %name', array('%name' => $node_diff['#name'])), the placeholder never get translated.

"Changes to" gets translated and if I remove the placeholder the string in $node_diff['#name'] get's translated.
