Custom settings per menu in block configuration.

Hi all.

In my opinion this module is probably the best of its type out there, but it just needs a little more flexibility.

What are people's thoughts about having the global default settings configurable in admin, but also allowing these settings for a specific menu to be changed on the configure block pages?

I also needed a "start closed" option for a specific menu and have hacked this into the module in the short term. But this would be another good option to add too.
