This module adds lazy load functionality for a DFP module. It uses Waypoints JS library to detect when an Ad block appears within the visible area on a page and then loads the ad. In order for it to work properly you need to disable initial ad load in Global DFP Settings and then choose which slots should be lazy loaded at /admin/structure/dfp_ads/lazy_load.
Currently Waypoints JS library is shipped within this module, but it would be great to use Waypoints module as a dependency instead. There are only 2 steps to make it happen:
1. #2082639 - switch Waypoints module to use Libraries API.
2. #2951933 - make a switch in this module.

Google has recently introduced a native support for lazy load within the DFP API:
