Revisions for custom entity not getting deployed to desination endpoint

I have created custom entity using ECK and eck_revision module with few custom properties (no fields).
When I create an instance of this entity first time and try to deploy that, it gets deployed successfully on the destination server.
But when I edit the instance, and create a new revision for the change, the deploy goes through successfully but the updated changes are not reflected on destination server.
