We are using Deploy module to deploy UAT content to the Production server, all text content working very well, however, the Image content, i.e. user uploaded images, seems cannot be deployed. The production server didn't have the file in the directory. Anything missing?

We are having the same issue. Only we are trying to deploy within from Live environment of one to live environment of another site.Text gets deployed. But files/images do not get deployed. When checked in the source it still shows the same path its looking for.

Hi, it would be great if you could clarify on below checkpoints:

  • is the deployment failing and you are getting any errors in the logs?
  • is this happening with all the images or is specific to a few?
  • what are the configurations done at your end for the deploy module?
  • have you tried deploying the pages along with the respective images?
  • can you make sure that the images path defined are relative and not absolute?
