Pathauto path causes custom to be lost on feature update

1) Create a feature with a content item with custom path
2) Add to an another site with pathauto enabled on that site
3) Enable
4) update the feature -- exported path now shows as pathauto one

What happens is in step 3, the node is first created, pathauto creates it's alias, then the exported path. So on feature update, the first one is used.
