Is there an easy way to give a non-administrator role access to Persistent logs?

I made a role Operator for our application which is nearly Administrator but not completely. When I log in as administrator/user 1 I can see "Persistent log" under the reports. When I log in using the Operator role I don't see it. I gave Operator o.a. "access site reports" permission, and apparently I would need access on route entity.dblog_persistent_channel.collection. But I don't currently see a way to do that.

A .permissions.yml file with all permissions that could be used in the module would also be an improvement.
