Date is always the current time

I don't know what happened but Date keeps showing the current time and I tried a lot of stuff to fix the problem. It would be very hard to trace when this problem appeared to be as a lot of modules were installed or updated.

Maybe somebody encountered this type of issue and can indicate what to do. Whatever I try doing, the date field keeps showing the current time everywhere.

Drupal 7.31, Date 7x-2.8, Views 7x-3.8 ... I tried to roll them back to older versions and it seems that it doesn't help.
