Major Update: Vanilla JS & DataTables 2.x

Breaking Changes
Removed jQuery Dependency: The module's JavaScript has been completely rewritten in Vanilla JS.

New Features & Enhancements
DataTables Library Upgrade: Upgraded the core DataTables library from 1.10 to 2.x.
New Expandable Columns Logic: Completely rewritten the Hidden/Expandable column functionality to align with the new DataTables API.
Optional CDN Support: Added support for fetching DataTables via an optional CDN (defaulting to version 2.3.8).

Started as first semantic versioned dev release based on Issue #3146976 by Project Update Bot: "Automated Drupal 9 compatibility fixes" - supporting now Drupal 8, 9 and 10. But this dev release keeps track on all latest commits until a new 2.x release.
