Add a flag link field to the table.

A) Flag (with javascript) works correctly without reloading the page/table.

B) Filter the table or change page (do anything using a Datatable feature) and THEN flag: the page reloads :/

There is a feature freeze for D7. But let's discuss if we can make it happen for D8. But we possibly need help of Flag module maintainers here. And since DataTables module is just an implementation of an external library it raises the question if this is rather a feature request for the Flags issue queue than for this one, since we shouldn't rewrite the DataTables core code at all. But for now I leave it here.
