Hi Nitin,
I checked your screenshot attached to this issue is of the logged-in user as admin.
Sometimes the admin toolbar and scrollbar add automatically.
I have checked for both anonymous and logged-in users also but am not able to reproduce this issue.
Can you please add more information and steps?
