I'm using Drupal 7.19

I've already installed i18n 7.x.18, configured to multilingual (en, es)

when trying to add "language switcher" block it doesn't appear in the list of blocks (nor enabled either disabled)

the language switcher block is unavailable for Danland & Danland subtheme at mydomain.com/lang/admin/structure/block/list/theme , I'm using a subtheme of Danland

is weird because the block is there when I use Seven or Marinelli themes

please can you give me any advise on how to bring the language switcher block for Danland theme and/or Danland subtheme to appear on the list of available blocks ?
