1. Include font awesome 5 and 6 into the theme. Font Awesome is now not enabled by default. You must enable font awesome if you are using a custom font awesome icons. All of the theme's icons were replaced by SVG images. You can enable font awesome library 4, 5 or 6, by going to your-site-dot-com/admin/appearance/settings/drupal8_w3css_theme and expand FONT AWESOME - W3CSS THEME then check the font you like

Update and test the theme with Drupal 9

1. Adding WAI-ARIA to menu template.
2. Update page.tpl to show social icons.

d8w3css/templates/layout/page.tpl.twig was changed and match height was disabled.

If you created a sub theme and copied page.tpl to your sub theme, Match height it will always be enabled.
I removed the match height classes from the page and made them optional. You can enable match height in the theme settings your-site-url/admin/appearance/settings/drupal8_w3css_theme and expand "Disable/Enable Match Height" They are disabled by default now.

Update some js for the menus.

Update readme.txt and after updating drupal core to 8.3 the subtheme does not inherit the regions from the parent theme. I had to adding the regions to the subtheme.

I fixed all errors and warnings from the first review. Nothing is changed in the code.
