New feature: #3592462: Add a configurable option to allow javascript to replace current year. Adds a javascript fallback, so that the current year supplied in the page HTML is then overwritten (if necessary) with the actual current year. This ensures the correct year is shown regardless of any page caching.
This version brings in Drupal 11 support, and removes Drupal 8 and 9. Apologies this wasn't released sooner; the module was D11-ready and I hadn't realised I'd never pushed a stable release. There are no other changes.
Compatibility has been tested against Drupal 9, so this new release has core_version_requirement set to allow Drupal Core 8 or 9.
