Release notes

This release of ctools introduces Drupal 10 support for the 3.x branch. With this release, 4.x and 4.0.0 are no longer supported. Please use 8.x-3.10+ for Drupal 10 testing.

With this release, the minimum supported version has increased to Drupal 9.3. This is due to some new services that require 9.3 and above.

New features will go into the 4.1.x branch of ctools, which does not have any support or release yet.
