Since Drupal 8.0.0 entityManager stands deprecated and will be removed in Drupal 9.0.0.
As suggested here I have replaced entity manager with entity type manager.

The patch is very old and most of this was done, but there are still a handful of places like \Drupal\views\Plugin\views\display\Block, although I would suggest to use an approach like \Drupal\views\Plugin\views\display\Block for that, will simplify that.
