I have been evaluating different CRM packages for use on a Chamber of Commerce site. My use case is not very deep. There won't be any activity tracking or even contact through the CRM. It is intended as a way to track member businesses and their individual representatives. And to sell memberships online, as well as events.
I am not sure if CRM Core is the right way to go. But what I need is to have different level Member Orgs, tied to users with different level of memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.). Then I need to display those members on a page via a Taxonomy view, (or ???) so that visitors to the site can find businesses in the community by category.
Is CRM Core a logical choice?
Thanks for any insight in advance.
