Matcher form doesn't show properties

Problem/Motivation

After #2691491: Add name field to the contact entity is commited we will have a NameFieldHandler with more then one property.
In admin/config/crm-core/match/individual we see this:

Proposed resolution

Display properties together with name field.
Add test coverage.
