Resource lists are no longer used when adding resources to course sections. Instead, resources are added as single embedded resources. Each embedded resource may have a contextual description, useful where it is embedded (in contrast to a general description, which should be useful out of context).

* Split off the views from the main feature, to decrease its weight.
* Re-export of several features, to reflect updates in the Features module.
* Minor updates to the make file, removing some patches no longer required and adding a new one.
