When we display the official name of China (People's Republic of China), it get displayed with the apostrophe got escaped with displaying an htmlentity-code. We fixed this temporary by changing ' to ’ that displays correct.

People's Democratic Republic of Algeria
People's Republic of Bangladesh
Korea, Democratic People's Republic of
etc.
