Moved slideshow settings to block settings for options that should be applied individually.
Added option to disable captions on individual slideshows.
If upgrading, settings will need to be reapplied to individual slideshows on the block settings page since options can now be different for each slideshow. The need to append the slideshow number to the end of the directory name is no longer needed due to the fact that image directories can be set for each slideshow individually. The new setup should reduce many confusions when it comes to setting up multiple slideshows.
6.x-1.5 fixes a major javascript bug in IE as well as some minor text on the settings page.

This change fixes many long-standing conflicts with other modules, particularly Lightbox2.
Starting with Couloir Slideshow 6.x-1.4, it is actually required that Lightbox2 be installed and enabled for any Lightbox effects to occur with the slideshow. It is not a requirement of the module to have Lightbox2 installed, however, if Lightbox2 is not installed, clicking on an image will open the corresponding image itself.
Fixed conflicts with certain themes, specifically Garland
Module now allows for multiple slideshows by appending the slideshow number to the image path
