Problem/Motivation

On the Widget Texts configuration Tab, Privacy Policy URI And Imprint URI are validated even if we leave the defaults. Suppose I have no privacy policy or Imprint URL set, It should not stop me from saving the configurations.

Check Privacy Policy and Imprint URI is entered. Then only validate it.
