After doing setting Chat is window is not visible

1. I have set up XMPP server using Openfire. And did all the settings.
2. I have put BOSH server and all the setting in module setting page.
3. Within admin user login I come to home page of site and see A button on Bottom right corner "Toggle Chat".
4. After clicking on this It prompts me xampp user/password.
5. I entered user/password of xmpp user but it is loading loading and loading.

Please help
