I have image gallery installed with lots of images. When I activate the control panel module my image gallery stops working. When I go to my image gallery page it says "There are no images in this gallery." Besides this the control panel module seems to work properly. If I deactivate it the image gallery stays messed up, I have to replace my database with a backup and it works fine again. (I've repeated the process multiple times with the same results) the site is heritageprep.com

More information is needed. I'm thinking the image gallery probably uses taxonomies to define and show galleries. The control panel does nothing at all with taxonomies. The control panel module has no database tables of it's own and makes no database changes (other than storing it's variables). I suppose there could be a conflict with variables between the two modules but that's unlikely since all variable names are prefixed by the module name. What are you setting as the source menu item of the control panel? Does it relate in any way to the menu item of the image gallery?

Yes it does use taxonomies to define and show galleries. It uses the default navigation menu as its source, the gallery page is linked from this menu, but besides that it doesn't relate in any other way. I guess it could be something else, but i can't think of anything else, since it only happened when I activated the control panel module.

I could not reproduce this. If more info can be provided on how to reproduce this I can reopen this issue and look into it.
