Problem/Motivation/Idea
This will be used for onboarding mentees to help with the Contribution Events Initiative.
Proposed resolution
Fill out things to do for onboarding below and create child issues as needed.

- Update process/tasks/steps/info based on retro feedback
- Share and promote this mentorship template for use for any initiative
- Done with formal mentoring though continue with informal guidance as needed
