Show information about the themes and modules

Problem/Motivation

In one version of the module, we had a functionality introduced in #2942239: Acknowledge core maintainers, DA, and project contributors that was removed in #2944781: Displaying maintainer/DA names and pictures on Drupal sites should be opt-in. Even if this functionality was removed I think that is a good idea reformulate a little the things without violating the personal privacy. We can remove all the information concerning the Drupal.org users from #2942239: Acknowledge core maintainers, DA, and project contributors and keep the other information.

Proposed resolution

To have a start point I propose to have the 3 spaces that we had before but replaced by:

• Drupal Core Maintainers & Coordinators -> Drupal Modules (To show the module information)
• Drupal Association Staff & Board of Directors -> Drupal Themes (To show the themes information)
• Drupal Module & Theme Contributors -> News ??? (Maybe from Planet Drupal ???)
