To simplify the installation process content types required for contexthelp should be created automatically. See http://drupalcontrib.org/api/function/install_content_copy_import_from_file.

This request has been done and the module is now creating the content types automatically when it is being installed.
The module will also remove the content types when the module is uninstalled.
