Bulk import/export context through csv

Hi,
I would love to be able to import Metatag context in bulk from a csv file.
But overall it would be great to be able to import context through csv, like:

$context->name , $context->description,$context->tag ,$context->conditions, $context->reactions->title, $context->reactions->description,
$context->condition_mode

It would be great to be able to import contexts by batch in a csv!
