context 7.x-3.4

Changes since 3.3:

• 4eab91e Issue #1018834: Default context condition that applies when no other non-sitewide context is active by tekante: Further clarification in the main context README file about the inline editor
• f3e501b Revert "Issue #835090: Context Reaction: Set menu trail by Karsa, Deciphered, nedjo, fearlsgroove, Dane Powell, Angry Dan, mgifford, Jibus, Bußmeyer, tomb, c4rl | rjacobs: Set context reaction menu trail."

This release was cut because the second item was introducing some negative side effects: #2358313: Angle bracket in menu names double checkplained & #2374445: Reaction MENU to set active menu item does not work anymore after upgrade to 7.x-3.3. It needed to be rolled back, but can be added later when these other issues are accounted for.

If you already started using that functionality, you'll need to apply the patch from that issue, or your DB entries will be broken. We're trying to come up with a resolution in #835090: Context Reaction: Set menu trail.
