I'm not sure if this a feature request or a support request.

The problem comes when trying to include or exclude a path with paged output, (eg. /view?page=1 path cannot be included or excluded separately from /view path.

Here's a Stack Overflow issue solving it with Drupal 7 & Context that was solved with a custom module.
